Chef Bourget is also a "Chef to the Stars", although she considers every family member she cooks for a STAR! She has prepared meals for Debbie Reynolds, the Canadian Brass Band, Congresswoman Anna Eshoo and was the personal chef to the CEO of Netflix for 2 1/2 years!

Chef Bourget uses the highest quality ingredients in her cooking. She selects organic poultry, grass fed organic beef, sustainable fish in accordance with the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and organic fruits and vegetables when available from farmer's markets or specialty markets.
After years of taking culinary courses in the U.S. and Europe, a six year tour in Europe, hosting parties and leading several gourmet cooking clubs, Elizabeth attended the United States Personal Chef Institute in 2002 and became a personal chef!
She is a member of Slow Food Santa Cruz--bringing families back together at meal time. She is also a member of the Weston A. Price Foundation, owner of A Way With Words, a small marketing firm, and has had articles published in The Good Times, Gentry Magazine and California Bountiful Magazine.
